Description

herCAREER-Expo is the leading trade fair for women's careers and supports women in their professional advancement - whether they are employed or have their own company. The trade fair addresses all aspects of female career planning - from continuing education opportunities, start-ups and entrepreneurship to the compatibility of job and family. The topics of finance, money and retirement planning have also become a key pillar of the fair.

By breaking down hierarchical levels and offering the opportunity for a direct exchange of experiences with experts and personalities from business, science, culture, politics and the media, the fair deliberately sets itself apart from other formats. The herCAREER-Expo offers around 350 MeetUps and 60 lectures, discussions and keynotes with over 450 role models. The more than 300 exhibitors and partners are expressly committed to equal opportunities and women in management. The herCAREER-Expo also relies on extensive digital trade fair matching. Visitors receive personalized matches to the exhibitors' offers, lectures and MeetUps.
